General terms and conditions of sale

1. The seller

Products are sold under the SlabRack brand, a CardPal brand, by PAN, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI) trading as Initiative N, micro-enterprise, SIRET 788 973 238 00033, 20 rue les Mortiers, 44120 Vertou, France, reachable at contact@slabrack.fr.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the online sale, on slabrack.fr, of display stands for trading cards in slabs or magnetic holders (“stands”), made to order by 3D printing. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The unit price depends on the total number of stands in the order:

• 1 to 2 stands: €12.00 each
• 3 to 5 stands: €10.00 each
• 6 stands or more: €9.00 each

Shipping costs €4.90 and is free on orders of €45.00 or more. The applicable price is the one displayed when payment is confirmed.

4. Ordering and payment

The customer configures their stand, adds it to the cart, then pays on the secure payment page of our provider Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is final once payment is confirmed, and a summary email is then sent. SlabRack never has access to bank details.

5. Manufacturing and delivery

Every stand is made to order. It is dispatched within 7 working days at most (usually 3 to 5) after payment, by tracked shipping, to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco. Transit takes 2 to 4 working days on average. If delivery is more than 30 days later than the date announced, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund of the amounts paid.

The Slab stand is cut for the PSA slab. For a slab from another grader, stated when ordering, the workshop checks compatibility before printing; if the stand is not suitable, the order is cancelled and fully refunded before anything is made.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. They inform SlabRack by email at contact@slabrack.fr (or using the standard withdrawal form), then return the product within the following 14 days, at their own cost, in its original condition. The refund, including the original shipping costs, is made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

Items customised at the customer's request (engraved text, logo) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code.

7. Guarantees

Stands are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). A stand that arrives damaged or not as described is reprinted or refunded, as the customer prefers: just send a photo to contact@slabrack.fr.

The printing process leaves a fine trace of the layers on the surface and can produce slight colour variations from one batch to another; these are not defects. Stands are display objects and must not be exposed to heat above 60 °C.

8. Personal data

Data collected when ordering is used to process and ship the order. How it is used is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Mediation and disputes

If there is a problem, the customer first writes to contact@slabrack.fr to look for an amicable solution. Failing that, they may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [mediator's name and contact details]. These terms are governed by French law. Without an amicable agreement, the dispute falls under the courts with jurisdiction under ordinary law, and the consumer may in particular bring it before the court of their place of residence.
